I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here finalist Vernon, 46, became hugely popular with the show's fans, and Tess is very pleased with the results of all his hard work.
She told The Sun : "Ever since the first lockdown he's been on a mission to beef up and get fit and he went in there bigger than he's ever been." While he was on the ITV show, the campmates were eating around 700 calories a day.
