Katya Jones, 33, took to Instagram to reassure her fans that she and Arsenal legend Tony Adams, 56, have been working incredibly hard each week to secure their place in the competition.The Strictly Come Dancing star’s candid admission that their performances are “not perfect” comes after Tony avoided the dance-off - despite once again landing in last place on the leaderboard.

The duo danced the Cha Cha Cha to the Grandstand Theme Tune by Keith Mansfield as part of a wider celebration of 100 years of the BBC.Despite receiving the lowest scores from the judges, the popular pair continue to be saved by the public week after week.

Last night, it was comedian Jayde Adams who bid a sad farewell after she and her partner Karen Hauer were placed in the bottom two.The couple, who had been ranked in ninth place out of a total 12 couples by the judges, competed against Molly Rainford and Carlos Gu, who had placed in seventh.
