Strictly Come Dancing's Giovanni Pernice made a rare dating admission on BBC show, Anton & Giovanni's Adventures in Sicily, on Tuesday night.The new travel show sees Giovanni, 32, introduce co-star and friend Anton Du Beke, 56, to his beloved home of Sicily.

During the latest episode, Giovanni and Anton, who were later joined by Rose Ayling-Ellis, explored Mount Etna - Europe’s highest and most active volcano.

Anton and Giovanni hiked halfway towards the summit before opting to camp out overnight, where Giovanni rustled up a tasty meal.

And it was during dinner that Giovanni decided to get candid about his life, admitting he would love to one day have a family as he can get lonely.
