Loose Women star Judi shed an impressive stone and a half during her stint on Strictly in 2021.The comedienne opened up about having lost 4lbs just a couple of weeks into her training schedule and continued to drop weight as the weeks wore on.Eventually, she was forced to bow out of the competition when she lost the dance-off to Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty in week six.But despite losing Judi was very happy to walk away with her new-found lighter frame.She told host Tess Daly: "Can I say thanks to Strictly for helping me lose a stone and a half."
