Strictly Come Dancing viewers crying as Amy Dowden reunites for pros for emotional opening

However, she reunited with her fellow professional dancers for an incredible opening routine in the final.The 33 year old joined finalists Nikita Kuzmin, Vito Coppola and Dianne Buswell, who are set to perform tonight with their respective celeb partners, Layton Williams, Ellie Leach and Bobby Brazier for a chance at winning the iconic Strictly glitter ball trophy.
But it was Amy who made the grandest entry of all, looking stunning in a black and white maxi dress with a tulle skirt, black belt and a statement bow on the arm.
As she strutted her stuff on the dance floor, a slew of fans flocked to Twitter to gush over Amy's unexpected return. "Actually crying at Amy being back on stage #Strictly #StrictlyFinal," one viewer posted. "Seeing Amy back on stage with the pros is perfect! #Strictly #scd," another added.
