The pair are among the professional dancers returning to the iconic ballroom this autumn. Strictly 2024 kicks off on Saturday, September 14, with the pre-recorded launch show which will see hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman welcome the celebrity contestants onto the dance floor as they discover which professional dancer they will be paired with.
Vito and Johannes are among the professional dancers hoping for a celebrity partner this year, particularly after Italian star Vito lifted the Glitterball last year with actress Ellie Leach, while Johannes had a special dancing journey with former tennis ace Annabel Croft. Ahed of the new series, which marks Strictly's 20th anniversary, the dancers have been quizzed in a new Q&A and each was asked to describe the much-loved show in one word with magical, fun and happiness among the most popular responses.
