Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell emotional as she shares devastating health condition

Dianne Buswell has emotionally opened up about how she has struggled with an eating disorder throughout her life. During an appearance on This Morning, the professional dancer, 34, told hosts Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle how worrying about food and calories had consumed her life.

She said: "You wake up in the morning, and the first thing you think of is, what am I going to eat? How many calories are going to be in that?

How much do I need to exercise to burn off those calories?" The Strictly Come Dancing star admitted that it was a constant worry in her mind that wouldn't go away.

She explained: "It literally is like a planned thing in your mind that doesn't go away. And that's when you start to go, 'Oh, this is a problem because I'm not thinking of anything else.'" During the revealing chat, photos were shown of Dianne when she was drastically underweight due to her eating disorder.The Strictly favourite added that being a dancer from a young age made things much harder for her as she felt pressure to be perfect and maintain a low weight.
