Strictly Come Dancing confirms next female contestant for 2024 line-up
ok.co.ukStrictly Come Dancing has revealed the ninth famous face who's joined the 2024 line-up. Sarah Hadland has been named as the the eighth famous faces confirmed for the brand new series of the BBC show set to return next month joining the likes of Love Island's Tasha Ghouri, podcast host Pete Wicks in the battle to lift the prestigious glitterball trophy.
Sarah said: "I cannot believe I am part of Strictly! I feel particularly excited to be part of such an iconic show in its 20th year.
I’m so ready for the glitz, glam and glitter and hopefully I can make everyone watching at home proud!” The news was revealed on ITV's Lorraine.
Former Coronation Street star Shayne Ward was also unmasked on Lorraine. Opening up on joining the show, he said: "I’m buzzing to see all of the sparkles and magic that is Strictly in real life.
