Steven Naismith saluted skipper Lawrence Shankland for a double which sunk Motherwell and lifted some of the pressure from his shoulders, but can't understand why they didn;t get at least one penalty in Lanarkshire.
The Hearts boss believes three points at Fir Park can provide a turning point for his Jambos and get the fans back in his favour.
After a dominant display in Lanarkshire, Naismith is adamant the display more than merited a win which was just their second from their last six outings.
He said: “I think Lawrence was really good. Liam Boyce was good as well and deserves a mention. We defended well and the midfield three were good.
