Aston Villa manager Steven Gerrard then city centre Indian restaurant Asha's has lifted the lid on his latest order. The eatery uploaded a picture of the Villa boss on Twitter, letting followers know that he'd visited and ordered two portions of one of their popular dishes.

Asha's, which has been visited in recent years by stars including Tom Cruise and Ed Sheeran, uploaded a photo of the Liverpudlian outside the restaurant to their social media accounts.

According to bosses, the 41-year-old ordered two servings of the Prawn Shan E Nisha. That particular dish comprises king prawns marinated in yoghurt, cheese and a touch of cardamom and is priced at £24.
