Het-up Steven Gerrard clamped questions over his banished assistant coach as the under-fire Al-Ettifaq suffered another chastening defeat.The former Rangers boss reunited with Michael Beale in the Saudi Pro League after Dean Holden paid with his job amid a rotten run of results with former Ibrox signing guru Mark Allen also departing.
