Here they go again — again! Steve Martin and Martin Short added another project to their long list of collaborations when they brought back their iconic Father of the Bride characters on Saturday Night Live.

Steve Martin and Martin Short banded together to host Saturday Night Live and began their opening monologue by reading comedic eulogies for each other.The Father Of The Bride actor, 77, additionally celebrated his 16th time hosting the sketch series, while the Three Amigos star, 73, returned to the SNL stage after being a cast member from 1984 to 1985.Towards the end of the opening monologue, the two actors were joined by their Only Murders In The Building co-star, Selena Gomez, as she made a surprise cameo, causing the audience to cheer excitedly.

Saturday Night Live blessed viewers with a 2022 reboot of the 1991 film The Father of the Bride reuniting Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Kieran Culkin who all starred in the original.
