Steve Kornacki Exits MSNBC, Heads to NBC for Several Opportunities

Steve Kornacki, who had become a fan favorite election night analyst on MSNBC, is officially exiting the network.

The 45-year-old analyst will now be moving over to NBC News and NBC sports. Keep reading to find out more… Specifically, THR reports that he’ll make regular appearances on NBC’s Meet the Press, NBC Nightly News, and the Today show.

He’ll also be analyzing data for NBC Sports programs like NFL football – which he’s been lightly doing already. Steve was so popular during the 2020 election that Gap’s sales saw a huge increase from people who wanted to emulate his look!

His signature style is still available on Gap’s site, by the way. This year has seen so many journalists and news anchors exiting their TV programs. Steve is the 10th major exit or shuffle to occur in 2025.
