The widow of Stephen 'tWitch' Boss, Allison Holker, has filed a spousal property petition to obtain control of half of the late entertainer's estate after he died without a will at the age of 40 via suicide this past December.Holker, 35, requested in court docs reviewed by The Blast for the 'property passing to the surviving spouse or surviving registered domestic partner without administration,' meaning all of his assets would be put into her name.Boss did not have a will at the time of his death, Holker said in court docs, asking for 'confirmation of property belonging to the surviving spouse.'Holker said in court docs that when she and Boss wed in 2013 - prior to him getting a job on The Ellen DeGeneres Show - he owned 'owned only personal effects of little value' with no money saved up.Holker said that there were 'no written agreements between' them 'providing for a non-pro-rata division of the aggregate value of the community property.'
