Stephen Bear, who was released from prison early on Wednesday, 17 January, after only serving half of his sentence, appears to be "haunted" and "riddled with bitter sadness", according to a body language expert.The 33-year-old was handed a 21-month sentence in March 2023 after he was found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs and films.
