Steph McGovern couldn't help but break down in tears during her Channel 4 show Steph's Packed Lunch - forcing her segment to get cut short.
The telly presenter, 38, was joined by Chris Kamara, 62, and comedian Russell Kane, 44, when she became emotional after hearing Chris detail the vile racism he's faced.
As he opened up about his experiences with racial abuse, Steph couldn't hold back tears as she broke down crying live on air.
Chris opened up about what it was like growing up in Middlesbrough as a young black man, saying: "When I first started playing football, 'Love Thy Neighbour' and 'Alf Garnett' were the programmes on the telly." He went on: "I would go into training the next day - and I like a laugh - so I would have a laugh
