The music world is mourning the loss of Five Star's Stedman Pearson, who has sadly passed away at the age of 60. Friends of the talented musician took to Facebook to share their heartbreak, with one writing: "Very sad to hear about the passing of my friend Stedman Pearson.

an awesome dancer with just a childlike zest for life.... You made a huge difference to my life and will be missed muchly!" Born in Islington, London, in 1964, Stedman was the eldest of five siblings and formed the hit group Five Star with his family members.
Before shooting to fame, he led a relatively low-key life, studying dance and fashion at college before throwing himself into the family's music venture.
