David, 49, who captained England under Sven's leadership, was seen hugging Nancy, 63, as they arrived at Fryksande Church in the Swedish town of Torsby on Friday (13 September).
Italian lawyer and former Strictly star Nancy, who was in a relationship with the ex-coach from 1998 to 2007, was pictured wiping away her tears.
She had previously paid a heartbreaking tribute to her ex, saying she wanted to "remember the good times we shared". Sven's children, Johan, 45, and Lina, 37, his dad, also named Sven, and his partner, Yaniseth Alcides, were also in attendance.
