Things got so bad, he convened a meeting with Disney and Lucasfilm execs to express his disappointment in their lack of support during the targeted attacks. While Boyega has now said he has no plans to return to “Star Wars,” he’s proud of “Obi-Wan” star Ewan McGregor coming to his co-star Moses Ingram’s defense after she became the target of online hate when their series premiered on Disney+ in May. “I don’t know how Disney have done, and I don’t know how they’ve moved with everything,” Boyega tells me on this week’s episode of the “Just for Variety” podcast. “All I know is about specifically Lucasfilm, about the Obi-Wan Kenobi stuff. And I saw that Ewan McGregor video. And that kind of got me, that was nice. That got me a little emotional on that. That’s cool that he showed up for her like that. That’s cool.”

It only takes watching the first teaser for “Andor” to know that the latest “Star Wars” series is very, very different than the other Disney+ releases from the galaxy far, far away. With Star Wars: Andor coming out in September of this year fans have been waiting very patiently for Cassian Andor to appear back on screen after his debut in Rouge One: A Star Wars Story. For those of you who are not aware of who Cassian Andor is, he is one of if not the best spy the Rebel Alliance has and is one of Senator Bail Organa’s and Mon Monthma’s favorite Rebel operatives. In the clip below Cassian Andor is talking to a client as Andor is selling the man stolen Imperial goods. As they are in the middle of a transaction the man asks Cassian Andor how he got these goods as Andor brushes the question off he replies by saying “You just walk in like you belong.” The clip is said to be from the three-episode premiere set to release on September 21st.

Ewan McGregor appears to be responding to Mark Ruffalo‘s recent comments about Star Wars.

It seems that Ewan McGregor is firing back at Mark Ruffalo after he recently dissed “Star Wars” while praising the MCU. 

In late 2019 a new Star Wars game was released called Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Fallen Order was a dark soul-type single-player story-based game made by EA studios that took place after the events of the Clone Wars. It had the players take control of Cal Kestis, a Jedi padawan who survived the dreaded order 66.

Earlier this year it was announced that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (also known as KOTOR) was getting a complete remake. Fans were overjoyed with the news as most played the original growing up and now they can relive it as an adult and with better graphics. Recently it was announced that KOTOR was in serious trouble, so serious that the game had to be delayed indefinitely.
