A convicted stalker harassed his former partner by staring into her flat and quoting a line from the Netflix show You to her on social media.However in doing so, Immanuel El, aged 26, breached a restraining order which prohibited him from getting in contact with the woman.North Wales Live reports that he pleaded guilty to three counts on breaching a restraining order by harassment and a judge at Caernarfon Crown Court sentenced him to a year in jail on December 3.

The court heard how El, from Old Colwyn, had been subject to a restraining order not to get in touch with the woman, who had been undergoing treatment for cancer, after being convicted in August 2019 of stalking her.
