A Boohoo warehouse branded a "breeding ground" for coronavirus saw 25 workers test positive and many more experience symptoms of the deadly virus, it is claimed.

Workers at the building in Sheffield continued working 12 hour shifts throughout the lockdown, in spite of fears over social distancing rules being ignored.

One insider, a 51-year-old dad, who tested positive told the Sunday Times: “There's no way I should have been working. "How is distributing cheap women's fashion essential?” He said he contracted coronavirus from the warehouse, and his wife and 12-year-old son also tested positive for the virus.
