Stacey Solomon is one savvy spender. And over the weekend the Loose Women presenter, 31, shared with her Instagram fans how she decorated her youngest son Rex's bedroom in the families new home with a few handy DIY hacks.

Proving that the wealthy star knows how to bag a bargain, she showed off the results of her day of painting and proudly told her fans how the supplies she used - including paint, tape and stickers - totted up to around £50.

Stacey decided to select a black, white and grey theme for the little boy's bedroom which featured cute animal details and star-shaped light fittings.
