In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Stacey planned to also add a fireplace once the staining was complete. In the footage posted of the process, Stacey could be seen wearing a clean white sweatshirt and matching jogging bottoms as she painted the wooden beams — leaving fans in despair at the damage that could be caused to the outfit. “Varnishing in white clothes!” One follower messaged the TV star, as another added: “I love that you do this stuff wearing white”.
Sharing her fans’ cautionary comments on Instagram Stories after her wood-staining clip, Stacey responded with the caption: “I know it drives you all crazy I paint and stain in my white clothes. “But I mostly own white/beige or cream clothes so I just stain carefully & wash my clothes after." Filming herself indoors this time as she posted the caption, Stacey said: “I’m quite a clean stainer, so I did well” as she showed off her nearly spotless sleeves.
