The Sort Your Life Out host, 34, shares three children with her husband and former EastEnders actor Joe Swash - Rex, four, Rose, two, and one-year-old Belle.
Stacey also has a 15-year-old son named Zachary and a now 12-year-old son named Leighton, who she shares with former partners while Joe also has a teenage son named Harry.
Taking to her Instagram, the Loose Women star shared two sweet pictures with her 5.9 million followers as she dedicated some lovely words to him.
