Stacey Solomon, 30, took to Instagram to declare it was "hard" without her partner Joe Swash around as he spent time with his son Harry, who he shares with ex Emma Sophocleous.

After the pair left Stacey to go on a “boys” holiday,  the reality show star remained at home with her three sons.Stacey opened up on their blended family on social media, as she shared a photo of herself and Joe with their brood.The former X Factor star wrote: “My dad met us in the park today and took this picture of us and I can’t stop smiling at it.“Joe‘s off on an adventure with his biggest pickle late tonight so we had all the cuddles today because we will miss them both soooooo much."It’s always hard to be without them but we know how special it will be and how.
