Stacey Solomon found herself having an emotional evening as she publically shared her support to her husband Joe Swash as his most personal project to date hit screens.

And not only that, she also became another step closer to watching her son leave primary school for the last time. Starting with Joe, 41, and on Tuesday night (July 11), the former EastEnders actor was seen exploring the stories of teenagers in care after being inspired by his own mum, Kiffy, who became a foster parent once her own children got older.

Airing on BBC One, Joe Swash: Teens in Care saw the actor-turned-presenter and TV personality meeting youngsters over the age of 16, who are the largest growing cohort in both child protection and care, to hear about their experiences and what support is available once they turn 18 and are left out of the care system.
