Instagram today to give an update on her pregnancy.The Loose Women star apologised to fans for her online absence, as she explained how she'd undergone what sounded like a last-minute scan.The 31-year-old is currently pregnant with her fourth child, her second with husband-to-be Joe Swash.And it seems like there might have been some worries for the television favourite, judging by her latest post in view of her 4.6 million followers.She shared a photo of her baby bump which was covered in gel and had paper alongside, suggesting she may have been in hospital.Stacey then confirmed she had seen her little girl - her first daughter - thanks to a scan once again, saying the couple had wanted to "double check everything".Thankfully they were told.
