Stacey Solomon gives candid insight into motherhood as fan asks for advice

Loose Women favourite Stacey Solomon has urged other mums not to be so hard on themselves if they feel like they haven’t "got their sh*t together".

Stacey, 33, is a proud mum to five kids – three of whom are under the age of four.The former The X Factor star has sons Zachary, 14, and Leighton, 10, from two previous relationships, while she shares three year old Rex, one year old Rose and newborn baby Belle with husband Joe Swash.

Stacey’s known for keeping her fans updated on her life on Instagram, and assured other mums that she’s run off her feet. Alongside a screenshot of a message she received from a mum-of-three asking her how she keeps it together, Stacey replied via an Instagram Story video: “Public service announcement for anyone who's ever felt like ‘oh my gosh, it looks like they’ve got their sh*t together and I really haven’t’, please don’t feel like that.

You’re doing an incredible job. “I know it looks like I’ve gone straight back to normal as if I never gave birth – it feels like that, if I’m honest – but it’s only because the whole sleep when she sleeps, make sure you take time to rest and recover, don’t do anything too quickly goes all out the window when you have a one year old.” Stacey went on to label the age gap between her three youngest kids as "incredible".
