Stacey Solomon fans say 'I can't unsee' as they crack up at realistic morning video as she addresses 'mum guilt'

Stacey Solomon has left fans 'unable to see' one particular detail in her latest social media post in which she implored her followers to 'spend the morning' with her.

The Loose Women star took to Instagram to share a video with her millions of followers that showed her doing her typical 'morning routine' before heading out to work.

It kicked off with Stacey, 33, getting up and ready for a workout at 5am while her children slept. She was then seen letting the family's beloved pet pooches out before making the walk to the garage, the home of the gym equipment. "As I get more and more into this the more boring I realise I am," the mum-of-five was heard saying with a laugh.

She then jumped on the treadmill and started running. "I ran for my absolute life like I was being chased by the police because I knew I was filming it and I wanted to look fitter than I actually am," Stacey was heard saying over the specific clip in a voiceover. "Can honestly say it just made me want to throw up," she added.
