Rochelle Humes says 'our life changed' as she's supported over admission about 'petrified' son

Rochelle Humes has told of the moment her family's 'life changed' after her young son was left 'petrified' of parties. The This Morning star was celebrating over the weekend ahead of her youngest child Blake's third birthday on Monday (October 9).

Rochelle, 34, took to her Instagram page with a string of snaps of herself with the birthday boy as well as her husband Marvin Humes and their two older children Alaia-Mai, 10, and Valentina, six, as she showed how they marked the special occasion with Blake's fear of party-style gatherings.

Alongside the post, the mum-of-three wrote: "Our baby is 3 tomorrow," alongside a crying emoji. "So…today we spent day doing his favourite things with his favourite people!

Our little Blake doesn’t like parties in fact, he’s petrified."
