Stacey Solomon explains bikini fears after weight gain as fans praise her honest post

Stacey Solomon got candid with her 6M Instagram followers this week as she shared some bikini snaps from the beach while on her family holiday with husband Joe Swash and their children; Rex, five, Rose, two, and one year old Belle as well as Stacey’s sons, Zachary, 16, and Leighton, 13.The TV personality - who often shares her fitness regime with her followers - opened up in the post's caption about how she had worried about wearing a bikini before coming abroad, admitting she was feeling conscious about her body.

However, after some reflection, Stacey decided to be confident in herself to set a good example to her daughters so they don’t “measure their beauty against anybody else”.

She penned: "I haven’t committed to the gym this year the way I was able to last year. I don’t know why but For some reason I was conscious about it before coming away. "I Worried people would notice (so silly I know as I usually don’t even think about those things, but I felt a weird pressure) However looking back on pics from the beach yesterday I can see I’m still so beautiful.

I look A little different from my last holiday but just as beautiful," said Stacey. She continued: "Doing my everything to make sure my girls know how beautiful they are and don’t measure their beauty against anyone else.
