Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old Loose Women star revealed how we can keep our water cold and get a refreshing hit no matter the heat.
She posted a photo of herself placing a half-full water bottle in the freezer on its side. By only partially filling it up, she could add water throughout the day and drink it ice cold.
Stacey explained: "Don't forget to fill your water bottle halfway and lay it on its side in the freezer today! "Stays nice and cool.
