Stacey Solomon has asked her fans for help after sharing a 'proud' personal moment with them. The mum-of-five has entered the new year productively, as she took to her Instagram to share one of her goals for 2025.

Posting to her story on Saturday (January 4), Stacey told her 6 million followers that whilst she had a child-free day, she was sorting out her gym clothes to 'motivate' her to get back into a good fitness routine this year.

The TV star shared a video of her arranging an array of multicoloured gym attire from the brand Oner Active, she told her fans that in 2024 she "let go of a few things that she can hopefully now get back into." Sharing another story showing her completed organised gym drawer, Stacey then said: "Now to put these pretty colours to use.

Tomorrow morning before the kids get up, I'm going for my first run of 2025. I've said it now I have to commit." The following day (January 5), Stacey then proved that she had followed through on her goal as she shared a selfie in a purple gym set whilst stood in her gym.
