A second snap showed her sons holding up a sign that read: "What on earth is a sister? Baby girl coming soon". This is the TV personality's first daughter as she's also mum to sons Zachary, 13, with ex Dean Cox, Leighton, nine, with former partner Aaron Barham, and two year old Rex, who she shares with fiancé Joe, 39.
