The former X Factor sensation hinted that her and Joe's nuptials - that are sure to be a star-studded affair - will be in 2021 as she gave fans a glimpse into the scrapbook she's putting together to plan her big day.
Avid crafter Stacey dedicated an entire page to her and Joe's love story - which she created a timeline of with the help of some stickers made by her sister.
