Stacey Solomon admits anxiety battle and tells fans they stop her feeling alone

Stacey Solomon 31, shared with her 4.4 million Instagram followers that she was feeling “so anxious”.The post on the star’s Instagram story showed a video of a mug of tea in her hand as she looked out the window on the dark night with a burning candle and some chocolates sitting on the table in front of her.

Stacey captioned the video, that had a Jess Glynne song playing in the background, with: “Don’t know if it’s the moon or hormones but I feel weird tonight.” She continued: “Soooo anxious hope you’re OK.

Goodnight. My mum always used to say, everything is temporary so this too shall pass…love you lots.” Stacey later thanked her fans for the messages of support she got, saying it was comforting to know she’s never alone.
