St Aidan's journalism students receive some sound advice from Lanarkshire Live team

Potential press officers and journalists of the future received some helpful advice from industry insiders recently.Photographer Stuart Vance, and news reporter Michael Pringle from the Wishaw Press and Lanarkshire Live, visited St Aidan’s High to share their knowledge with S6 students who are studying towards a Level 6 Journalism award.Pupils have been busy learning about the news gathering process, the research skills needed, and how news stories are put together.The attentive students also heard about the changing face of the news industry.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
