SSPCA appeals for essential items for ferrets at Lanarkshire centre

The Scottish SPCA are appealing to animal lovers for donations of essential items for ferrets in the care of its Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

Scotland’s animal welfare charity so far this year has had more ferrets come in to their care than is usual. Centre manager, Gillian Boyle, said: “We are currently in the process of upgrading our ferret accommodation and are in need of essential items to enhance their enclosures.
