‘Squid Game 2’ Director and Stars Set to Tease Netflix Show at Italy’s Lucca Comics and Games

31 to tease the hit Netflix series’ second season. The hotly anticipated second instalment of the Korean-language survival drama series is set to launch on Netflix by the end of the year.

The second season of “Squid Game” will feature Gi-hun making a critical decision, according to promotional materials. Played by Lee Jung-jae, who won an Emmy for lead actor in a drama series, Gi-hun abandons his plans to go to the U.S., after a mysterious phone call and embarks on a mission.

The new season will also welcome other beloved characters from the first season, such as Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) and the Recruiter (Gong Yoo).
