Spencer Matthews apologises to fans after new documentary air date changes last minute

Spencer Matthews has apologised after revealing they've been forced to move the highly anticipated release date of his documentary, Finding Michael.

Spencer, 34, has retraced the steps of his late brother, who disappeared on an expedition to the site more than 20 years ago.The upcoming Disney+ film will see 34-year-old Spencer attempt to find the body of his brother, who vanished three hours after becoming the youngest Briton to reach the summit of Everest at the age of 22.

On Friday night, which was supposed to be the release day for the film, Spencer posted on his Instagram story to apologise to his fans before revealing that the release date of his new Disney+ documentary has been moved.

Spencer took to his Instagram Story to say: "Apologies to everyone trying to view Finding Matthew on Disney+. "The debut date has been shifted and we'll update you as soon as we have the new timings.This will be in the near future. "Thank you for all of your support." He did not mention why they've had to move the release date.The former Made In Chelsea star has previously said his brother Michael was “everything to me”, and the pair were often described as “twins separated by time despite the age gap”.
