Areas in Spain including Seville and Valencia remain under amber warnings for heavy rainfall on Thursday after floods swept through Malaga on Tuesday.
Aemet, the country’s weather agency, has warned of “locally very heavy or persistent” rainfall in western Andalusia and along the eastern coast.
It comes after more than 4,000 people were evacuated from their homes in the Costal de Sol region as a precautionary measure on Tuesday.
The area was placed under a red alert for more rain by Aemet, but this has since been downgraded, however showers are still forecast in the area.
