A terraced home in Greater Manchester has been snapped up within days of being put up for sale as estate agents say the market is still 'moving quick'.

The three-bed property in Westhoughton, Bolton was listed for sale on March 29 and attracted lots of interest from prospective buyers.

The house was marketed by Bolton-based estate agents Roe & Co who were accepting offers over £175,000. The estate agent said that within just five minute of listing the house online, they already had a request to view it.

Over the following days the 'move-in ready' property received an influx of offers from several 'keen' househunters and after just five days on the market, it sold for a 'fair bit over' the asking price.
