The latest instalment of Sort Your Life Out, featuring Stacey Solomon and her squad, has left viewers saying it was "difficult to watch" thanks to one participant's reluctance to part with her knick knacks. The team, which includes decluttering whiz Dilly Carter, cleaning guru Iwan Carrington, and woodwork wizard Rob Bent, ventured to East Sussex to assist the Jamieson family in their cluttered converted bungalow on Tuesday 4 March's show.

Single mum Nadine, who has called the house home since her teen years and shared it with her three daughters and late mother, found herself drowning in belongings. The stash was staggering: over 100 animal figurines, 87 board games, and a whopping collection of more than 1000 china pieces.

Every last item was hauled off to a warehouse, laying bare the extent of the family's hoarding tendencies. As the programme unfolded, the family had to vacate their home while their personal treasures were carted away, leaving viewers at home utterly flabbergasted by the mountain of things they owned.

Nadine and her girls were up against the mammoth task of sifting through their possessions, aiming to ditch over half of them. The clutter was so intense that Stacey Solomon had to scramble into two rooms just to get inside.
