Sopranos star Joe Pantoliano suffers ‘severe head injury’ after being hit by car during family walk

Sopranos star Joe Pantoliano was rushed to hospital with a ‘severe head injury’ after being hit by a car. The 68-year-old actor was struck by a Porsche during a walk with his family in their neighbourhood in Connecticut on Friday.

The Memento star was sent flying several feet backward into a wooden fence by the car, which had skidded across the road after being T-boned by another vehicle, his wife Nancy Sheppard said.

He suffered a gash on his head as well as injuries on his left leg and shoulder. EMTs arrived quickly and rushed Joe to hospital, where he was given a CT scan, TMZ reported.
