Sophie Xeon's tragic cause of death has been revealed. The Grammy-nominated musician and producer has died at the age of 34 in a "terrible accident" while she was living in Athens, Greece.
The Scottish artist, who was also known as SOPHIE, "slipped and fell" while she was climbing to "watch the full moon", her record label Transgressive announced on Twitter.
They said in a statement: "Tragically our beautiful Sophie passed away this morning after a terrible accident. "True to her spirituality she had climbed up to watch the full moon and accidentally slipped and fell. "She will always be here with us.
