Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, 58, looks incredible and is said to owe her impressive physique to an active lifestyle and healthy diet.
Emer Delaney, a specialist dietitian from My Private Diet, provided insights into Sophie's diet program in an interview with Express.co.uk.
According to the expert, Sophie's diet comprises predominantly of plant-based foods, organic vegetables and fruits, fish, salads, and lean protein.
Emer also added: “Exercise and a healthy diet feature highly as Sophie is a keen equestrian and follows a strict exercise regimen including cycling and running." The Duchess’s love for equestrian sports, running, and cycling, has been well documented over the years.
