Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei has shown off the results of her new breast reduction, years after having failed plastic surgery that "nearly killed" her.

Unveiling her new figure in a blue sparkly bikini during a holiday to Ibiza, the 32 year old spoke openly about her breast reduction surgery taking her from an E cup to a C cup, as she credited her surgeon as "one of the best she's known".

She wrote: "Appreciation to one of the best surgeons I have known @dr.serkanbalta for making me feel so confident this summer.

Having a breast reduction was not an easy decision or recovery but I am so glad I did it. "No more back or shoulder pain and no more boob tape.
