The Geordie Shore star, 30, also showed off her naturally curly hair after ditching her long extensions during isolation. The reality star previously ditched fast food and dropped 2st, and it looks like she is continuing her weight loss journey.
Taking to Instagram she posted a video of herself in her gym kit. She can be seen looking in the mirror in a crop top and shorts, which showed off her toned figure.
Sophie wrote on the video: "7 pound down, never lost this much weight in ages, shows what not eating can do." She also shared a picture and video of herself with short curly hair.
