Some Manchester United players starting to doubt Erik ten Hag

There is increasing unrest among a number of Manchester United players amid the team's plight this season. Dressing room sources have told the Manchester Evening News doubts are growing over Erik ten Hag's management and there is simmering resentment among certain players towards teammates.

Some players are also unimpressed with the general direction of the club as its strategic review enters a 12th month. The MEN revealed in September United players had started to grow weary with Ten Hag's criticism and some of his tactical adjustments.

Some players feel Ten Hag also tends to protect perceived favourites in the squad while rounding on others, albeit without outright naming them in public.
