West Brom manager Slaven Bilic has been sacked by the club following Tuesday's 1-1 draw away to Manchester City. Reports emerged late last night that the Croatian was set for the chop despite securing arguably his club's best result of the season.The Etihad draw looked to have eased significant pressure on Bilic, who had seen his side lose five of their last six matches.But West Brom have today announced they will be searching for a new manager as the 52-year-old becomes the first Premier League managerial casualty of the season.
Among the candidates are relegation survival expert Sam Allardyce, former Watford boss Nigel Pearson and ex-Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe.
